The Draughtsman Alehouse offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing items displayed within, you are engaging within our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions, including additional Terms of Service and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. The Terms of Service apply to all users of this site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, distributors, customers, merchants and/or content contributors.

1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to the Terms of service, you acknowledge and represent that you are of the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

You may not use any of our products for illegal or unlawful purposes, or in the use of Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright law.

You must not transmit any viruses or code of a distructive nature anywhere throughout this site.

2. General Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason and also reserve the right to terminate any transaction should we deem necessary as detailed in but not limited to the information provided in section 1 of this document.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure any information that we provide on this site is of the highest possible standard and accuracy, we are not responsible if any information made available on this site is not current, accurate or complete. The material that we provide on this site is for information purposes only and should not be relied upon without consulting more accurate, primary external sources of information first.

4. Pricing Policy and Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify the prices of our products without notice at any given time. We reserve the right to discontinue a service at any time should we deem necessary. We should not be liable to you, or any third party, for any modification, change of price, suspension or discontinuation of service relating to any of the products on this site.

5. Products and Services

Products and Services available on this site are subject to return only according to our Returns Policy, of which a hyperlink can be found in the footer of this page. Before making any returns, this document must be read.

We reserve the right to limit sales of any of our products to any person or geographic region. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of certain products available and this can be carried out on a case by case basis. The descriptions of products can be changed by us at any given time without prior notice and is at the sole discretion of us. Further to this, we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time should it be deemed necessary. Any offers made available on this site are void where prohibited.

5. First Class Society - Annual Membership

1. Membership Duration • Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. • Renewal is required to retain your Membership ID and Hop Name. You will have up to 28 days from the date of expiry to renew your membership before that ID number and Hop name become available for purchase.

2. Membership Cards • Cards must be present to benefit from any membership perks

• Physical cards remain the property of The Draughtsman Alehouse. • Lost cards can be replaced for a £5 fee. • Membership benefits are only valid when the member is present.

3. Drink Discount (10%) • Discount applies to the member’s own drink only. • When purchasing a round, the discount is not applied to other drinks. • Discount applies to both drink-in and takeaway purchases.

4. Free Tea or Coffee (Mon–Fri) • Limited to one tea or coffee per member per weekday. • Hot chocolate and speciality drinks are excluded. • Must be redeemed in person.

5. Members’ Nights • Two exclusive events per year (one Summer, one Winter). • Content of the events is subject to change. • Some activities may be first-come, first-served due to limited capacity. An example of what the nights will consist of includes but is not limited to: further discounted drinks, prize giveaways, members playlist,

6. Members Only WhatsApp Group Access • Members are invited upon joining. • Removal for misconduct, abuse or inappropriate behaviour is at the venue’s discretion. • Group content is private — screenshots or sharing outside the group is prohibited.

7. Birthday Pint • Valid during the member’s birthday week (7 days before or after the member’s birthday). • Must present ID if requested. • Beers above 8.5% ABV will be served as a half pint.

8. Monthly Platform Picks • One Platform Picks flight can be redeemed per calendar month. • Flavour profiles and beers included will vary monthly. • Cannot be rolled over to future months.

9. Membership ID & Hop Name • Each member receives a permanent ID number and hop name for the duration of their active membership. • If a membership expires, the ID and hop name may be reassigned after 28 days.

10. Non-Transferable • Memberships cannot be shared, transferred, or used by anyone other than the named member.

11. Refunds & Cancellations • Memberships are non-refundable except where required by law. • Benefits and pricing may be adjusted annually.
