As you all know, one of the few reasons we opened The Draughtsman Alehouse was to bring a piece of our local history back to its former glory.
On behalf of Doncaster, we feel privileged to have been short listed for the National Railway Heritage Awards 2017, for the restoration work that we have carried out on the disused Victorian Buffet room. The awards ceremony will take place at Merchant Taylor's Hall on Threadneedle Street, London later in the year.
