Kasteel Rough - Beligan Cheery Beer

Brewed by Van Honsebrouck and named after the castle bought by the brewery and whose cellars are now used to mature their beers.Not quite a fruit beer, not quite a Belgian dubbel ale, the Kasteel Rouge is a blend of two products: Kasteel Donker 11 and a cherry liqueur made from special sour cherries. Flavours and aromas of dark red fruits and spritzy cherries are accompanied by a light carbonated texture. Sweet and tart, the Kasteel Rouge is great with food or as an aperitif.
