DOOM is an Export Porter brewed once a year, made to drink fresh or cellar for 3 years or more. Made with a hefty malt bill featuring a swathe of light and dark malts, you can expect praline, dark caramel, dark chocolate and roast flavours running through a deeply fruity beer. Oats and lactose add weight, creaminess and smoothness while additions of wildflower honey and grape molasses bring sweet complexity and vineous booziness! Super smooth and heady with honey, rounded with dark vinous notes and a long roasty decadent finish.
We personally recommend drinking this product between 8°C - 12°C.
